I think he put himself in a dangerous situation, unnecessarily. As a result of that, a dangerous man killed him

Life in prison is a joke.
Dude needs to be executed.

I knew Joe somewhat personally. We ran in similar social circles and I had met him/hung around him several times via mutual friends. He had a reputation for living life on the edge a lot and doing some dumb shite, but he never in a million years deserved this.
Feel terrible for his family and friends, and glad the trial was in JP and not Orleans. I bet that tPOS would’ve got way less of a sentence and had the fricking POS mayor sitting behind him.

Woah. That’s when you know someone is guilty.

If I was his dad, the perp would never have arrived to his court date

Everyone wants to talk about equality
I want to talk about equality too. How about equality in crime. Why does 13% of the population commit 50% of the murders.
No fricking excuses. It’s not anyone else’s fault. No one makes you kill someone. Poverty doesn’t make you kill someone. The poorest people alive today have more than the richest people 200 years ago and they were not brutally murdering people.
It’s fricking bullshite. It’s a cultural problem.

That’s fair as long as you stay consistent and say the same about George Floyd and Ahmaud Aubrey

One of these is not even remotely like the other.

These bottom feeding POS scum like Harvey have nothing to live for and are dangerous roaming freely in society. They’ll kill over just about anything and this is another case where it’s proven they will.
Hope it was worth it destroying a family over nothing where Harvey can rot away and die in prison like the vermin he is.

When dealing with Democrats, carry a firearm. They are violent people.

The kind of person capable of doing something this evil doesn't do this as his first crime, unless completely insane/on drugs. I would bet he's got some record and was likely let off easy at least once, if not multiple times. We're way to soft on crime. As citizens, I say our right to be able to go most places publicly and know it is safe exceeds the rights of criminals. Scum like this needs to be eradicated from society. Should be some 1 2 3 strikes and you're out of society for life on petty crimes even. It is not hard to live an honest life. The problem is that it's easy to live a dishonest thug life. There shouldn't be people on the streets with long wrap sheets.

I have no sacred cows. I'm also not sure what the comparison between the three is.
This man was not actually doing anything wrong, he just demonstrated incredibly poor decision making. The two people you posted about were caught up in committing crimes.

meh... both sides have shown to have shown to be capable of being violent dipshits... both sides have been in the wrong, and both should be castigated at every opportunity for it...

This is bending the knee to allow thug life to be accepted though. If we dealt with criminals properly, the victim's poor decision making wouldn't matter and that's how it should be.
