Is this really news? The last time I read about a guy masturbating in public in Oregon he fought off 8 police offers while simultaneously masturbating. This guy would have needed to have fought off at least 16 officers while masturbating for this to be thread worthy.

Which reminds of the story about the real "Barney" costume. It was so big and heavy (I know, phrasing) that it was insufferably hot inside. It was designed with a onboard cooling fan. Well, one day that shorted out and caught fire.
