There is none.

ep I just changed my theory again:
1. He killed and dismembered her in the salvage yard.
2. Transported her body to fire pit in her car…like a dumbass
3. Hid her car…like a dumbass
4. Cops planted evidence because they had no murder weapon or murder scene.
5. Brendan was fed a bullshite story by detectives to help case against Steve and he didn’t have shite to do with it except maybe helping burn the body in the pit.
I think you nailed it there. Most criminals are dumbasses. I'm sure if he was set free, he would kill and rape again. If that happened the local PD would be in deep shite with the family of the victim. He should stay in prison until the day he dies. The nephew should be released to a mental hospital until he is good to go.

Why did it immediately center on Steven and no one else?
Apparently Steve was the last one who seen her, according to witnesses. Which brings me to my next point:
Gregory Allen, the one who actually committed the assault in 1985 was watched like a hawk 24/7 by the sheriff's dept (except the day he committed the crime). Who is to say that Steven Avery wasn't being watched like a hawk in 2003 and whoever was watching him planned this whole ordeal meticulously. If the defense was able to accuse alternative personnel, I think Avery could've been found not guilty. With all of the evidence out there I seriously don't know how any sane person can come to the conclusion that he is guilty or innocent. Furthermore Steve is too dumb to do everything the prosecutors said he did.

He's a sexual predator and a murderer, terd. That is the motive, and he will never change. Hence, he should stay in prison for the rest of his natural life.

This wasn't a "dumbass" murder. Have you even watched or read about the case?

I still can't get over how the cop called in the plate #, like he was sitting behind it, 2 days before the car was "found" and had no explanation while on the stand.

Steven and Brendan's conviction all boiled down to one thing: The Avery's are full blown retards.
Whether Steven did it or not, he should not have consented to any searches because he knew the sheriff department did not like him.

Jesus dude, are you fricking serious? I can understand having a theory because of what you think you know about the guy and without supporting evidence. However, what you are saying is absolutely retarded. It's so stupid that I almost think it's a troll attempt.
Rape again? He never raped anyone in the first place. There is zero evidence of rape. None. Nada.

Yes, I watched the show on Investigative Discovery channel about 5 years ago. He looked guilty then and after reading as much as I can he is guilty now. I think the cops might have planted some evidence to ensure a guilty verdict. If they did, they should go to prison as well. As for the kid, see my one of my previous posts.

You don't think he raped the victim? I do. Sexual predators don't stop what they do. I would say, if he's released, there's a 90% chance he would rape and/or murder again. JMO, and I know what they are worth.

Instead of calling names, let us know how you feel about the case. I'm all ears.
ETA: The WM3 case is one where I'm convince those kids didn't do it. I believe it's the father who had all his teeth pulled when there were bite marks on a victim.

You realize if it's certain that the cops planted any evidence and if Brendan's 10 different statements are thrown out that the whole scope of the case is changed and you wouldn't be singing the same tune you are now? You would have watched an entirely different case "5 years ago".
