This is an insane overreaction. I cannot believe government is telling business when they can be open etc... This sounds bad but the economic impact of this will far far far outweigh the death toll of the virus. This is going to ruin people’s lives.

If anything good comes from this it’ll be cutting our ties with China and curtailing globalism. frick China.

I agree with this completely.

2nd part won’t happen though

Don't worry mawmaw, you got to live an extra two weeks. Pay no attention to those 30 other families that lost their livelihood for it.

The majority of people im critical care in france right now is under 60.

With numerous reports of people 30 and older in serious condition and losing their lives yet you continue to beat this only old people drum.

I really hope no one in your family gets seriously I'll. If they do make sure to stick to your guns and tell them yeah but people can't work for a couple weeks and that's worse than their fight for their life.

You're obviously too ignorant to get it (or too stupid maybe) but there are literally thousands and thousands of healthy 65yr olds that have another 30yrs to live that aren't taking this as seriously as they should

Now it's France? I thought it was Italy that was the concern?

I really hope no one in your family loses their jobs and/or business. If they do make sure to stick to your guns and tell them yeah but a fraction of a fraction of people might die, far less than the myriad of other ways they could die at that age. The slight chance they may die is far, far more important than orders of magnitude more people losing their livelihoods.

Thinning of the herd. All of the deniers and people not taking this seriously that are endangering everyone else can be the first to go.

That's the problem, the healthy people that don't take it seriously are vectors for the people that are at risk. That's why the government has to try to shut things down, or else the masses won't change their habits for the betterment of others

Can everyone just calm the frick down and put some perspective on this?

Its not about YOU. Its about everyone. The actions being taken is so that we are not in a situation with limited or no resources especially when it comes to medical care.

Sometimes in life you have to do shite you don't want to. This isn't the government trying to control you. This is hurting them as well, but it is something that is for everyone's best interest.

And yeah jackass we are going to cut ties with China.. We are going to pay $1700 for iphones all because you are butt hurt.

Life will go on. I am tired of everyone bitching.
