What do you all consider to be reasonable for a cleaning service to charge for a deep clean of your home? Saw an ad for $295 up to 3000 square feet.. Seems reasonable?

Yeah I think we paid $400 for the deep clean. 4 Messican women showed up here and cleaned the shite out of everything for like 5 hours. It was insanely clean when they were done. We pay them $100 a week to come do basic cleaning. This is Prairieville

That's a really good price for that square footage.

Pretty steep for one day. I don't think mine makes more than 50k plus whatever sandwiches she skims off the top.

The girl that does our house comes once a week and gets $100 for a couple hours of normal cleaning. For "deep cleaning" $295 sounds very reasonable.

This would be minimum of 2 people for I'd guess around 3 hours.

If their idea of deep clean is the same as the ones my wife hired then it is a solid price unless you already live in a surgical suite.

In the end, it isn't really the price it is the quality of work that counts. If they clean like I do (if you can't see the dirt it doesn't count) then it really isn't worth much.

Good price if it's truly a deep cleaning. Make sure to read the reviews. I feel like word of mouth in general is better than the services that run ads etc based on my experience of one time cleanings I've hired in the past for rentals etc.

When we started using a weekly service, we paid $300 for the deep clean (4000ish sq ft) before starting the weekly. They truly got everywhere.

We called The Cleaning Authority in Baton Rouge for our deep cleaning of our home

It was expensive but worth it. Great management staff that double checked their employees’ work and then called days later to ensure our satisfaction.

Would recommend them to anyone.

2 mulheres from Brazil / $150.

No English, no spanish.

Only Portuguese, so we do very little communicating.

They clean for 3 or 4 hours biweekly.

One of them folds the toilet paper into roses and stuff, which is pretty cool until I wipe my butt with it.
