Was she a seasoned drinker?
Ive blown .356 before and I can remember the entire conversation.
I am just saying dont let the numbers completely absolve someone.

Passed out is too drunk.
Was she unconscious during the gang bang?
If all parties were drunk and she is on tape pressuring dudes to gang bang her, I'm not sure rape is really going to get proven in court, but just my layperson opinion.

It has been shared in closed door meetings that Rice's killer no longer walks among the living.
No one in law enforcement will go on the record regarding that though.

It's astonishing she was still able to walk much less run after that group of douches in that condition.
This is going to be a complicated case no matter what because she's not here to tell us if she was ok with it or not. It's going to be an ugly trial.

So no matter what her BAC was she wasn’t at passed out levels.

We had a breathalyzer in college and would blow deadly level numbers right after drinking/shots because it's in the saliva. Wait 30 minutes and it goes back down to realistic numbers. Maybe that's what he's talking about?

I dont care if you believe it. I drank 24/7 365, that was probably near a daily total for me.
Do your research, and you can learn. But you wont.

So no matter what her BAC was she wasn’t at passed out levels.
And then was she conscious during the gang bang? And is there audio of her pressuring guys to join in?

yep, I think he evidence that has been leaked to the public is as helpful to the defense, if not more so, than the prosecution

If I'm a defendant, I'm feeling good about my chances with this fact pattern.

I wonder if that was her fetish.

Carver, the driver, told deputies that when he asked her where she lived to take her home, she fell over and couldn’t answer. He said he stopped the car and parked a short distance from the bar.
The minor and Washington, according to the affidavits, asked her repeatedly to have sex before she consented while the vehicle was stopped when the men didn’t know where to drop her off.

This case makes me angry and I know she wouldn’t be dead if she hadn’t gotten into the car. These frickers who kicked her out were real assholes in a way that does make them need to be removed from society to jail or worse.
However, this girl drank herself into a stupor. Then this girl ran after them and jumped in the vehicle. The unreleased videos will reveal if a crime occurred in the vehicle but her intoxicated state caused her death on that road.
I’m not sure, please advise, was them kicking her out a crime in any way if no crime was committed inside the vehicle? Her intoxication rendering her potentially unable to consent further complicates the decision to deem actions in the vehicle to be a crime. We do not know what happened inside there but the videos do tell the story. If there was a crime committed inside the vehicle before they booted her out does deserting her become a crime?

Well one of the defendants already has had sexual assaults charges against him.

If she can be running around with a .3 BAC I don’t find it crazy that another man can be speaking with a .3 BAC
