They try and keep me between 100 and 120 on the top
Never really said to watch the bottom but it is usually 60 - 80 over decades, this 50's and 40's is new
Lower pulse numbers are lower than normal
Family on one side had high blood pressure issues so they put me on metoprolol a few years ago. Lots of friends were put on it in their 40's and 50's so I figured I was just due by now.
