No, not the healthiest food, but there is nothing wrong with a grilled cheese every once in awhile. I butter the outside of both pieces and put butter in the pan. The piece of bread I put in first (that has butter on it & is put in the butter in pan) I like it to be real buttery and cooked just enough for it to be hard, but the other side I like to leave it in until right when it starts turning black...
