That its why I asked

USA chocolate laws are the worst in the civilized world

Canadian, and other UK countries must follow the chocolate laws there, which are probably right behind the Swiss.

UK chocolate > US chocolate by a county mile

I am not a sweets person but one of my siblings who has since passed was to an extreme. Taught me all about Swiss and UK chocolate, and they knew their stuff.

If I eat a Kit Kat (which are delicious) I will do so in UK countries. In Canada they have a place called Reo's?? (have not been there since before c19) and if you REALLY like chocolate, find them on your next trip North of the border.

Non US chocolate has limited shelf life so keep that in mind. Can not remember if it allowed back across the border and does not hold up well in extreme heat or cold.

I imagine this mountain being somewhere in Canada according to the way my sibling talked.

I would suggest taking a canned whole tomato, dicing it up and adding it halfway through the cooking process. It adds a nice flavor along with touch of umami to the stew.

The best was a VERY distant relative who was a Swiss citizen, when they came for a visit, they brought all kinds of stuff on the plane. After 9/11 feel sure this would not happen today, but dang, those Swiss can make some awesome chocolate.

Tasted much different from US, and supposedly much healthier for your mind and body as does not have the additives and fillers in US stuff.

Cancer got my sibling and back in the 80's - 90's the doctors at one of the best in the US always hinted that non natural sugars may have been responsible, so take care of yourself!

We need all the baw's this side of the dirt we can get. Yankees and West Coast outnumber us.
