aren't you a little old to still be in school?
Don't be a dick. Do you know how hard it is for non-traditional aged students to go back to the classroom? Be supportive. Most of them are juggling jobs and parenting along with trying to reintegrate into school.

The book sucks
I get the premise. I’m just doing something wrong. I watched the video and had an online tutoring lesson

In the bottom left you have -15x-62=-17. But you dropped the - from 15x. X should be -3 instead of 3.

I saw your non-traditional age student comment.
Hang in there. You can do this, Paige.
This is my 20th year of teaching. I've seen students move mountains. Believe in yourself.

Thank you. I’m so bad with careless errors. But the answer was 5, -4, 2
Still no clue what else I did wrong. Probably a bunch of little stuff like that throughout the problem

When you go -3R1+5R2 shouldn't that be a negative 80? -15*-3=45, then -25*5=-125 so 45+(-125) would equal -80.

Happy to help out. Just let me know when, and I'll give you my email address. I would post it now, but I don't need a week's worth of dick pics sent to me.

x = 5
y = -4
z = 2
y = -4
z = 2

I’m not sure if you’re required to solve using matrices, but if you aren’t, I’d start by adding the first and third equations together to solve for X. Then proceed from there.

You figured it out!

My math lab is some diabolical shite. It’ll tell you 2 plus 2 = 4 is wrong because there’s a space on th wrong side of the 4
Posted on 4/15/18 at 12:27 pm to Ingeniero
Yeah we’re solving equations using matrices so I guess it’s required
