I’ve never had crawfish and corn soup. At least I don’t think I have.
I might need to make some shrimp and corn soup soon. It’s one of my favorites.

i don't care for those soups..the only cream base soup i like is the chicken pasta soup from j alexander's...that stuff is very good.

Very similar to shrimp and corn, but use the frozen crawfish tails instead. It's thicker, more of a bisque maybe, and more spicy as I put in some of that liquid crab boil, and it cranks it up, but no too much.
