They are hosting the Skankfest comedy festival this year and I'll be down there for a weekend.
Both. They open the place up, and usually events take place both inside and out.
I went to the Sports Illustrated party this past year to see Dom Dolla/Diplo, and the performances were inside, but the food/vendors were outside. Same for music festivals I've been to there in the past.
