I have slimmed down from morbidly obese to clinically obese with a BMI of 33. But I am big-boned so at least I’ve got that going for me.

It actually might save us money if we hired a chef.
My son and husband have meals delivered weekly that are specifically balanced nutritionally. I order UberEats bc I don’t like the meals. Between the two, a chef would probably be more convenient and less money.

Did you find the treasure at the bottom of View Forums? I couldn't find anything in my quest.

it's my wife, that particular trip we stayed with clients/friends of hers, but between her and our daughter they could easily be travel planners/agents, they're coming back home tomorrow from 10 days in Norway/Sweden

Have they planned a Greek vacation? I’m way too lazy to put all that together.

It's the touch that he lacks.
Fortunately, I have great hands.

Need to put a bunch of muscle on again.
I absolutely hate working out and lifting heavy things, but I’ve challenged myself to spending more time on developing more muscle mass bc I am at a plateau in my running and I’m hoping more muscle mass and strength will help me.
All that being said (using all the words like awesome sauce
