I used to get fancy and add a slice of cheese. It would melt with the little bit of water I would leave and make a cheese sauce.

You need to be standing behind me and listening to these conversation they have over my gizzards
It was this really nice younger white woman who intially insisted that she starts putting them back for me, but it's always the older black lady who has to remind her to do it
And the older lady always lets me know the younger girl is slacking 
it's just little things that can make your day better, they are always really nice and friendly. even sent me on my way with an extra piece of catfish for yesterday's mishap
