Texture is different right off the bat
Bagged/Boxed taste like butter on potato flavored cardboard flakes
Every other refrigerated kind is no different either (hormel, country crock, etc)
Bob Evans is obviously made by magic because they are delicious and taste like homemade potatoes like grandmas make

I too have also have never eaten fish with mashed potatoes. Or the whimsical and down home style of saying “tato’s” instead of potatoes like some of these long winded posters.
I also don’t eat redfish on the half shell. It does nothing for the taste of the fish and the people that do it are pretentious as people who post their seltzer and food pics
