funny you should mention that. I ate an entire bag of Trader Joe's sweet and sour gummy worms I impulsed bought and ate on the way home from the store. Apparently an entire bag has over 70g of fiber and is loaded with sugar alcohols.
I wish I had only eaten lettuce. Or Taco Bell. Either would be better than what I am suffering now.
