Hey Aspy 
My bathroom sink has a slow drain for some reason. Left the hot water running to warm up and forgot about it. Flooded out the master bath. Twice last week.

This wasn’t recent but years ago I put the gas nozzle in the rod holder instead of the gas tank and filled up my boat with about 30 gallons of gas before I realized it
