but my mileage isn’t as long as yours
I honestly was thinking the other way around, for mileage that is. The only time I'm really pushing for more than an hour is when I want to push out to 90 or 10 whichever comes first when I'm debating a 1/2.

Do you find that your runs are better by alternating shoes?
I find that less comfy shoes let me find issues. Whether it be wear on the soles, or a general feeling that helps me fine tune more, so that I'm more just getting in a groove for my long runs and not feeling my way through them. It also allows me to save 60% of my miles per week off my comfy shoes to prolong their life a little longer.

It's the most popular soft drink in Scotland, like Thums Up in India.

I'm debating a 1/2.

It’s been a few years for a half for me, but I’ve signed up for the Nashville St. Jude Rock and Roll half in April.

The CCC will be a good way to see where I’m at physically for that and where I need to improve.

The official soft drink of Maine. It taste like carbonated Robitussin.

Also, someone please tell Winnie Cup I was just teasing. I don’t know if he’s fat or not but I’m sorry.

Redlands Tiger has been here forever. There’s no way Gadknot would’ve come up with that name for an altar, lol. For starters, he would have to know where the Redlands is and I would doubt he knows geography.
