You don't even have to be that old. I started getting the 2 day hangovers a couple years ago. They've only gotten worse. I can only imagine my 30s and beyond.

That screams high school. Counting drinks, listing hours... sad.
I feel much better today. Slept well.
Just had 2 boiled eggs and some steak. Diet Pepsi. May have something else.

I usually only get bad if I mix alcohol. Like Saturday I was drinking at a brewery all day, then went to dinner with friends and drank wine. Then came home and we all drank a 3L of more wine.
Sunday was a struggle.

Nay nay... I drink plenty. I just don't get bad hangovers. I usually chug a bunch of water before I go to sleep.
I do wake up with some wicked beer/whiskey shits though.
