I've never understood that

I just got some answers. My daughter was not there. She just texted her friend and they were at Rowdies. They were in a group and nobody that was not in their group approached them. I am going to assume that she didn't drug herself, so that creates another problem.
I doubt the bartender did it so that leaves somebody in their circle of friends.
