One trick you can use on some foods when you reheat them in the microwave is to put a teaspoon of butter on top. This works well especially for spaghetti.

It definitely will have a different taste.
The only time I'll eat it leftover is in soup or jambalaya.

try steaming it in double boiler on the stove top
best way to reheat meat, especially steaks

I have an RTIC cup that I use for water at work. I haven't washed it in prob close to 2 years. Every now and then I use a paper towel to wipe off the slimy stuff that builds up on the underside of the lid.

I usually eat leftover chicken cold.

This doesn't surprise me at all. You probably do it just to gross out your coworkers.
