It'll be just a little over 24hrs. I'll have to put it on at like 12am Thursday.
Do I need to cover it with cheese cloth? Baste it every hour?

looks like the saints loss last night only enhanced their chances of a 1st game home playoff. it took the pressure of the falcons thinking that they need to win their next game.

Just throwing this out there, I have an Orion smoker and smoked a 23lb turkey in 3 hours. Fell off the bones pulling it out used only apple chips for the smoke. Used real butter and onions only to inject. Olive oil smothered then Tony's for seasoning.
Did it Saturday for my sisters and my momma because I gotta fly out tomorrow for work. It was fantastic. Best damn thing I've bought for 150 bucks.
