I thought about adding *by signing this you agree to take on any cost related to any vehicle damage that happens while delivering your order* but my legal team has advised me that could cause me problems and end up costing me more in legal fees if I do so.
If something breaks, I get in a wreck, etc, she can come back and say that the damage was inevitable and was caused by the wear and tear I put on my vehicle before delivering to her. Not to mention, if it causes a delay and she has already paid for half of it and doesn't get it until later she could come back and sue me as well, so its really something I stay away from.
But what I do is. If gas is cheaper than the estimated $2.10 per gallon and I use less than the $25 per diem, I take the amount I don't spend and put in a savings account as sort of my own personal insurance.
