Well, we got to The Dance again, but this time as a #15 seed facing Duke on Thursday. My guess is that the entire country (except for Duke fans and alums) will be pulling for an Iona upset - if only to see Grayson Allen’s college career end in a loss to a 15 seed.
My guess is that Duke will be more than prepared as I’m sure they’ve been reminded that they lost to 15 seed, Lehigh, in 2012.
No one expects us to win. I just want the Gaels to live up to the Iona College motto, “Certa Bonum Certamen”, “Fight The Good Fight”.
