You ever look on the googley maps of that land backing up to the Swamp? I wonder if part of it can't be developed like the corner of Bluebonnet and Highland?

Never mizzle. I just looked. Seems most is developed close to it.

My house backs up to Mayfair park, a BREC park next to the swamp. Most of that land is owned by the city.

Hahaha. I played with friends in that hood as a kid. Went to Mayfair for Kindergarten. Has that element but the older families back there take care of each other and look after each others shite. But there's always that one kid on every block that fricks it up for everyone and in the news.
Was funny though my mom didn't ever wanna come get me or drop me off at night time. SMH.

It's a shitty motel. I delivered to that bitch a few times. It's VERY similar to that one the fugitive frick was holed up in when he shot the US Marshal. People surprisingly pay to stay in them shitholes all over BR.

Yeah, other than the motel and some old houses holding out, it's pretty well developed.
