I've worked in my current job for 9 years. The retirement benefits keep me at this hospital tbh.

The job interview was very nerve-wracking for me. Haven't formally interviewed for a job in over 10 years. Add to that...it's for a position I don't actually have experience in. I would be transitioning from a floor nurse into this position so they would have to specially train me. However, several of my former coworkers now work in this dept so can't be too hard a transition.

Never had waited this long to hear back from an interview as well. My last job interview(for my current job) I was offered the job at the end of the interview.
