Nah that was several hours ago.
I'm off today. Being really mopey today. I need to get off the couch and go do something to get me out of my funk.

Luckily I had a folder full of info that my great-aunt started years ago. She gave it all to me before she died. I was able to use that to verify everything.
Pretty awesome. I had a great great uncle who died in WWI also. He had bought a wedding ring when he signed up, and his gal told him she would marry him if he made it back home safely. He left it with his sister for safekeeping when he shipped out. Never came home. The ring made its way down to me, and I gave it to Mrs Cove when we got married. Legacy.

The OT, yeah. Took her a couple months to realize it was the same shite daily. (See this thread.)
She reads and follows the GoT and Walking Dead threads on the M/TV board. That's about it.

we had an older chap that did sales for us years ago, and he was a wwii vet...he arranged his marriage to a girl he'd never met that lived in new york via mail when he was stationed overseas...the marriage lasted and both were very happy. i miss that guy. he was a great story teller and he had an awesome speaking voice.
