I am tall
But have gained 20-25 lbs over the past couple years from fertility stuff(my diagnosis, meds, etc). Also was restricted for several months on the level of exercise I could do. And I stress eat sometimes.
So yeah....bad combo.

Hey Nurse, Aspy, HC, et al.
T minus 6 days until vacation!!!! I can't wait to not have to be at work for 1 1/2 weeks.
Lunch is some frozen something I have in the freezer.

I’m having minor surgery in August. My surgery isn’t until 2 pm...but won’t be able to have any food or drink since the midnight before. That always sucks.

The last surgery I had I was on a clear liquid diet for 3 days leading up to it. That sucked a lot.
