I stepped on the scale for the first time since before my surgery.
Between all the restrictions I was on exercise wise the past few months, surgery, holidays, and stress over my dad my workouts and diet just all went to shite.

Not really. They switched his meds up. So just waiting on the meds to work.
His psychiatrist is great though. Guess we will just keep seeing him every month until the meds can stabilize him.
All the stress is causing me to go see a therapist myself.
