Is it bad manners to invite a date to a friend's NYE party and not ask the host in advance and make the date meet me there?

All of that is accurate. But overall they're a stronger team right now given the injuries. Our passing offense is now non-existent. All they have to do is stop the run and they had weeks to prepare for that. Just not a good fit.
