The no chips thing is what led me to Rally’s.
I know it’s been like 20 years (or longer) but I still say “Cha-Ching!” when I roll through Rally’s drive through.
Winston, ordinarily I post up in the Costco too. But I felt my dog needed a proper side item.
So I sat in Lowe’s parking lot.

Thanks. All is well. Tired today from having to ride to Lagrange, GA for a B.A.C.A. Brother’s funeral yesterday. Left the house yesterday morning at 5:30 AM and didn’t get home until 7:00 last night. My arse is dragging today.

That is a long day. Plus funerals can take it out of you. Did he die of illness or an accident?

Motorcycle wreck. He was following a friend home who’s taillight had gone out. Not sure how it happened but they suspect he passed out while riding (maybe dehydration?). He survived the crash for a couple days then died. We had his funeral in Lagrage then took his remains (he was cremated) for one last ride around West Point Lake. After that we took him home and paid our respects to his family and Chapter. All told I think I did somewhere around 400 miles yesterday. The heat and sun was just brutal.

Hi festus. I think you should know that Skillet sent me a fax and said every time he sees a dog on the side of the road that's been hit, he says a little prayer that he hopes it's yours.

Yeah. He was supposed to already be home but didn’t want to leave his buddy out in the road without a tail light so he was following him to make sure he made it home ok.
He’d got hurt at work earlier in the week and they think that may have had something to do with him passing out.
