Did you notice the passive-aggressive way he used to bring up the fact that he had been a past winner. Now trying to disavow all the whole thing is just his clever way of saying "hey everybody, I won, I really won".
And while it's kind of a violation of protocol for a past winner to criticize another one the shallowness of his efforts required to be done.

I did get the hotdog combo but skipped the churro and went to the Rally’s across the street and added some fries.

i like to eat in the cafe area and people watch what people buy. usually wait for a decent looking older woman to roll her cart out with the jumbo sized toilet paper pack, make eye contact and give her a
