I would highly recommend finding a discount/low cost place for a new kitten.
I am pretty sure a lot of different parish's have low cost programs though.

I think it was 2-3 weeks in-between shot visits. Also both of ours had other health issues and had to go back to the vet with over $200 in other stuff.
