I forgot to say that the tea that is clouding up is regular tea not hibiscus tea.
Also, this thread has given me a craving for some Thai food from Malai Kitchen (but I'm out of town).

there are some bad boudin but there are some really good ones. Gonzo BBQ does a smoked brisket one and Best Stop smoked boudin is really good.
