Good morning!

nachos (spinach, cheese, sour cream, black olives, pico de gallo)

hibiscus and ginger tea

Question: What would make my tea turn cloudy?

Cloudiness in tea is caused by caffeine and tannins bonding with each other when tea is refrigerated or iced. The hotter the original brewing water the more caffeine and tannins are extracted from the tea leaves, and the murkier the beverage will be.

Not really hungry, getting over a bout with bronchitis. Maybe I’ll have an ice cube tray block of chicken soup later.

Enjoy lunch all!

Open can, divide into tray, freeze. Warm in a medium crème brûlée vessel in the microwave.

You’re welcome.

I’m out though, so I guess I’m skipping lunch so I don’t accidentally eat something I’m not allowed to.
