You know what? I was wrong to say those mean things about you. That was not right of me and I apologize for saying them. AS far as I know they're untrue and it was wrong and hateful of me to say them.

I know you don't like me, and I know you try to belittle and humiliate me any chance you can. But that doesn't mean I have to reply in kind. Please accept my apology.

That's below the belt. I've been craving spinach since November.

I wish I could run long distances, I used to go out to Bonnabel before they tore it up, and I would do like 5-7 miles of speed walking and sprinting spurts.

That hot yoga class is a beast though, you walk in and your breathing is challenged and then you just push through for 1.5 hours until it's over and then I GTFO and shower and wash my fricking clothes immediately.

I'm running the fastest I've run in my life....but I'm still a jogger by this place's standards....I need to get back into yoga...we used to take classes at this gym called spenga...20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength, 20 minutes of yoga

90 minutes, I literally walk in and just start fricking sweating. Read up on it, they keep the room at least at 105 degrees and 40% humidity.

I would much rather do something upbeat, I am gonna stick through this month though for a good starting point and it's pushing me in a good way. I want to go somewhere I can do my inversions but may just do them at home with my own flow. I'm great at my headstands - working up to the forearm stands. I love to be upside down.

I can hold this pose for a hot hot minute.

It's actually a really cool position to get into and a great back stretch, I don't have any appropriate vids of me doing it.
