Anyway, I was ready to honor my end of the bargain and self ban myself for one month if he provided proof to back up his accusation. He did not do that though. So now I expect him to live up to his end of the bargain as well.

Then you should lighten up some. Maybe get out, get some sunshine. Go for a jog or some other sort of aerobic exercise for about 30 to 60 minutes a day along with a balanced and healthy diet.
