Mpdph I had vietnamese gumbo just like your lunch for dinner on Friday. I also had GRTs cottage cheese pineapple and almonds on Saturday with dinner. I e-hang out with yall so much I eat the same things now

My long run was going to be this morning, but I was a little late getting in and slept in, so will be doing some tempo tonight and pushing my long run to Thursday AM.
