I am heading south on Jackson Street, turning right. As I am turning, approximately 75 yards up the road are three black teenagers. I know they were black, because of their melanin enriched skin. As I turn, they see me turn as they enter into the road way from a driveway to my left, they are on foot.
As they see me approach in my pickup truck they basically come to a stand still in the middle of the road. I slow down to a crawl. Instead of the "oh shite I just walked into the road and need to get out of the way shuffle and wave of the hand" move. I got two slowly meandering and one shirtless fellow at a dead stop.
They know what they are doing and do it quite often. I don't know why, but it is disrespectful and stupid. But it obviously is some passive aggressive bullshite they enjoy.
Do you understand now. I am not good with MS Paint, but may can try.

It can’t be hate speech bc there is no such thing as hate speech. Even if there was couldn’t we all agree that it may only rise to the level of dislike speech or possibly disapproval speech. Actually before we can even classify it, we really need to get a tribunal of social workers to get with each side and get the feels in order. Then by process of scientific classification we can better classify the speech.
We need to clarify these new levels of speech. Is it just speech or hate speech? Is there a gray area in between? Is it hateful to put a label on the speech? Is actually saying hate speech, hateful? The word hate itself does have really offensive undertones, maybe it’s not the right word?
