That was a horrible hire in the first place. Reeked of DEI non-sense. And not because she was a black woman, but because I don’t know what else her qualifications were. Should have been Corbett.

Speaking from the academia perspective, you don’t want your best professors in admin. First, they are guaranteed to excel in administration. Second, keep your best teachers in the classroom. That’s what drives enrollment.
