Had a buddy in College that worked at Home Depot in BR part time in the evenings. Dude told me that they watched people steal buggies FULL of tools all the time. This was about a decade ago so maybe prior to them locking the expensive tools up. They were explicitly told by HD HR not to do anything and just let them go or they’d be fired.
He told me the same guy walked straight out with hundreds of dollars in tools 6 days straight in a row one week. Ridiculous.
