That's all fine and dandy but for 5 days the defendant was in the same clothes. I don't know what goes on in jail and inprocessing, but how long does it take to get a jumpsuit or fresh clothes? I think that was the biggest issue, along with the fact it looked like she didn't have pants on.

Somewhat local story, and I agreed with the Judge. Pretty stupid of the jail, and I hope someone loses a job because of it.
