whether not getting the address right ruses to the level of criminal negligence.
The address was right. Glover listed that address as his. A GPS tracker on his car put him there multiple times. Mail with his name on it was found upon a search after the shooting. He is on video going to a drug house then picking up "packages" at Taylor's address. He is on recordings from jail saying that he can walk into her place anytime he wants and get whatever he needs. He had a bank statement in his vehicle once that listed her address as his address. It goes and and on and on.
They had the right address, he just wasn't there, and she knew everything that he was in to.

Agree and I'm sure many others do as well. If the police came unannounced as has been said, how was the guy supposed to know who just knocked his door in? Is he supposed to be clairvoyant? His charges for the shooting were dropped, correct?
I also don't believe the police should be charged. If someone is shooting at you it only makes sense to shoot back. The one outside is a judgment call. I'm sure in his eyes he was doing his job protecting his fellow officers.
The bigger issue and investigation should be what led to the warrant? Were Is dotted and Ts crossed? Was it a backroom deal like on tv? If any legalities are in question as to pertaining the warrant then whoever is responsible should be in trouble. If everything's above board it is just an unfortunate situation with no real winners.

The outrage should be pointed to the police supervisors and the judge that signed the warrant.
No knock raids should be outlawed.

No knock raids were outlawed. They aren’t doing them anymore. (Kentucky)
This one is no different than the rest of them. You do bad sh!t, you get the consequences. The blms don’t care about that, they only care about the riots. They are doing what the people that pay them tell them to do. They are telling the people on the streets exactly what the democratic party leaders tell them to pass along. If you don’t see this, you are blind.

From the sound of what has come out about the investigation of Glover and the warrant, there was really no need for a "backroom deal". This woman was actively involved with a drug dealer. She, by multiple accounts, shared a home with a drug dealer. She let him use her bank account, address, phone, and vehicles. She was active in his drug dealings. Police likely could have, and probably should have, gathered enough evidence to obtain a warrant for Taylor as well.
Add to that the fact that the guy was suspected of at least being connected to a murder where the victim's body was left in a vehicle that was rented by Taylor who gave the subject of the warrant permission to drive the vehicle.
These two, and others, were clearly in the drug business together. Glover has a record and actually skipped out on court for some of those charges and had to be tracked down. These are criminals. There was, evidently, more than enough evidence to justify a warrant without "backroom deals".
