Depends on who you are talking too
When I am talking to someone out of state I always say Lou ze ana, kinda like Nu Awlins

This a myth that just won't go away. Many 8th grade La History teachers still do this
There was no Queen Anna. "anna" as a suffix means the "land of" As in the Land of Louis-the King
ex- Montana, land of mountians
- Indiana- land of Indians
