100%. I guy I grew up with and his family do similar stuff. Instead of the big trucks they go to those 4 wheeler parks. Hell, I know bunches of my Bienville Parish friends that do that. They own businesses, work in healthcare, and the one I mentioned first is retired now but started offshore out of HS and moved up running a bunch of stuff in Saudi and made bank. Kids in private schools, take a bunch of cruises, etc. Plenty of money. Still redneck.

People like these are either low key millionaires or they are just a few months away from being completely broke because they spend way too much on things like boats, trucks, or other stupid toys.
Most of them (along with the bulk of America’s high earners) are not accumulating anywhere near as much wealth as they should. They fall victim to America’s consumption lifestyle.
