Whole Foods is required to take food stamps because they are interstate
Langensteins does not have to take them
There are so many on food stamps and Medicaid because there are so many crappy jobs that pay crap wages and people settle for those because they get free stuff

What bothers me is WIC is very limited and that is for women and children, yet food stamps lets you get pretty much whatever you want.
