Will the number of positives drop now that JBE has been caught counting people multiple times?

I have a baw buddy that is a supervisor for a plant contractor doing electrical work in Geismar. He claims that his hands can't come back to work until they get 2 negative tests in a row. He said these guys of course live check to check, so they will go every day and take a test until they can pass 2. That can be 5-10 positives per person. Each test is being counted as a new positive.

The state has treatened several small parishes that found duplicate names on the list of positive cases in their parish. I'm sure that it is just a mistake (wink wink).
