The way state data is reported is pure garbage. It’s only purpose is to keep people frightened.
I visit this site every day to see the proper reporting of data.
I’m also thinking Louisiana maybe on of those states reporting positive antibody test as new cases. I can easily see Louisiana reporting Positive preop test as hospitalizations.

Another thing that might account for increases in total cases is employers testing employees as they come back to work. Looks like some of these states experience case increases are seeing them in younger populations. So, workers going back to work perhaps asymptomatic or mildly sick, are now getting tested.
Plus, the protests/riots should have some effect, though we don't want to acknowledge that...
