Why don't you just wait for reciprocity?

No. He's a fellow lawyer. I hate to say it, but a low passage rate won't hurt us any.

Yea. The examiners got the memo this year. Code 1-3 was rough. It was pretty obvious they are trying to slow down the passage rate from the last two years

You didn't see the obvious market protectionism in his post?

Code I was much easier than I thought it would be. Code II was way too long. Like 8-9 sub-parts per question and many of the sub parts asked three or four separate questions. Code III was a mind frick.

Today went much better than it could have. Civ Pro was easier than I thought it would be, thank God bc I was definitely less than well prepared. Torts was as expected. BE/NI was tricky af.

Do y'all have time to pee between exams?

Or is it, no timeouts to pee until lunch time?

I just can't recall if I held it the whole time or peed during exams or what. I'm dreading next week, my bladder is the size of a walnut.

Or just stand up during the exam and go take a leak.

Barbri needs some proofreaders, I die a bit inside when I contact them to correct their model answers.

What have I become?

I remember looking at some of the best model answers and they were clearly wrong, especially in the BE/NI section.

Yea I haven't noticed any outright wrong in the Kaplan sample answers. I have seen quite a few blatantly missed issues.

A model answer from Barbri for the Feb. test was pretty hilarious (though on point)--it started with a disclaimer to the effect of "it should be noted that the way the facts are asserted, this is an incomprehensible problem.

Hopefully the code 3 model answer from Monday starts the same way.

I was incredulous. The examiner screwed up on something inexcusable, like mixing up payee and drawee.

Didn't even kiss me on the back of the neck before going to town on my sweet behind. I'll be sitting on a bag of frozen peas for the next week.

This is just false. The examiners might be trying to keep the past rate steady but they are not trying to drop it down to the 60% rate it was in July 2013.

I even heard that UCC9 got taken off Code III, which might have been the must difficult material in the entire bar exam.

I was going to post this earlier. The legal market across the country is terrible right now. Louisiana has next to nothing going for it too. I wouldn't be shocked if they tried to fail a bunch of people this go around.

I preferred essay over multiple choice when I took it.
