Close. As Onlyfans, you would charge people to watch via video only. Teachers frick their students for free, so 1 and 4 sort of contradict each other.

I agree you should generally focus on the source of the problem, however, the solution to that source is on bs policy and incarceration reform crap that is allowing for this problem to continue in an out of control fashion. There's a good chance this teacher actually was in favor of those policies/reforms.
